Class schedule for Tuesday, April 30th
5:45am: Cycle Zone
-Geared for the cycle enthusiast who's looking to take it to the next level. Cycle Zone 45-minute classes are for those wanting more training with higher intensity in less time. Sweat, cycle and push your way to accomplishing your fitness goals with this 45 minute group workout!
8:30am: Body Works Plus Abs
-Sculpt and tone your body in our Body Works Plus Abs class. This 55-minute, high repitition, light dumbbell workout, will take you through a variety of exercises while moving to the beat of the music. Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. It truly is a total body workout.
9:45am: Zumba
-Get ready to party yourself into shape! Zumba® is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, international dance inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party™ that will leave you wanting more! Dance your way to the body you love.
5:30pm Cycle:
Let's ride together in this 55-minute high-intensity cycle class. Whether you're training for a triatholon, or riding for cardiovascular health, this class will help you get there. Spin off the energy from those around you and compete for fitness success!
5:45pm: Body Works Plus Abs
-Sculpt and tone your body in our Body Works Plus Abs class. This 55-minute, high repitition, light dumbbell workout, will take you through a variety of exercises while moving to the beat of the music. Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. It truly is a total body workout.
6:00pm: Aqua Fit
-Aqua Fit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up in the pool's 80-84 degree water. From there, you'll ease into the exercise using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. This 50-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment.
7:00pm: Bootcamp Conditioning
-When your body needs next level training it's time to advance to Boot Camp Conditioning. This military-inspried circuirt workout commands power, strength and agility. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you'll lunge, crunch, and box your way to a full body workout. If you're ready to push your limits, this 55-minute sweat session is for you!
*If you are planning on attending a class during your visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can get your guest pass registered.
