La Dolce Vita means 'the sweet life'. It is all about enjoying life's pleasures and not stressing about the problems of life. Sometimes all you need is nourishing food shared with other amazing women, back to how it used to be.

This workshop is an evening filled with creativity and community connection.

? Make a Homemade Pasta Dish: Kasey will guide us in an interactive pasta making workshop where together we will be making a sweet potato gnocchi with a peppered walnut cream sauce. Imagine sipping on a glass of vino while listening to Italian music, creating the most delicious meal for yourself and all to endulge in ~ mhmmmm take me there!

~ A bit about the inspiration from our hosts ~

Kasey & Bethany fell in love with a slow, intentional way of living after spending a week exploring the coast of Italy on a Holistic House Retreat back in 2022. Ever since her return, Kasey has picked up the art of homemade pasta making & is now quiet an expert! She makes a new dish every single Sunday and pours every ounce of love and passion into her creations. We are honored to have her as a co-host in Our House to share her gifts with this sacred community of women.

Bethany is passionate about creating spaces where women can safe, seen, loved and nurtured, a place that truly feels at home. She enjoys bringing people together to remember that life's joy are found in the simpliest of moments, and that authentic connection with one another and ourselves is our greatest power. She also guides women to living a more balanced and holistic lifestyle, nourishing our minds, bodies and souls, the core pillars of The Holistic House.

Meet The Holistic House Hosts for this gathering ~

Bethany is the founder of the Holistic House. She is a visionary, a space holder, and nurturer, and is passionate about cultivating safe spaces for women to heal & connect deeply with themselves and with one another in community. As a guide on your holistic healing journey, she uses many different natural modalities including guided meditation, to bring you back home to your birthright, a state of pure wholeness, mind, body & soul.

Kasey is an adventurous soul and self-taught pasta connoisseur. She’s always had a love for food but after her Holistic House trip in Sardinia, Italy, two years ago, she returned to the States with a new commitment to self. As part of this journey toward putting herself first, she created Sunday Night Pasta — a weekly opportunity to cook a new pasta dish as an act of self love. Sunday Night Pasta has become a recognized tradition among her friends and a ritual that Kasey enjoy’s both at home and on the road when she’s traveling. This class is a community invitation to indulge in self care through nutritious pasta prepared by your hands with love.
