The Hispanic Restaurant Association and Metropolitan State University School of Hospitality are hosting La Cumbre ( the Summit) Educational Summit with the focus on shaping the culinary and restaurant operations for the future. Problems, solutions, successes and failures will be explored.

We will have guest speakers , breakout sessions regarding restaurant operations, networking opportunities and the unveiling of the Certified Culinary Professional Certification program developed by the Hispanic Restaurant and Chefs Association.
We will offer some sessions that are fully bilingual.
No cost to attend as an invitee. We are not providing travel costs or accommodations but there is a Springfield Suites on campus. We will offer food/lunch/snacks/drinks both days
We will have restaurant groups, owners, technology companies, educators and those that look to and want to shape the future vs just accept it.
