Make Your Voice Heard: Join Us at the LA City PLUM Committee on Nov 19!

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 19, 2024, when the LA City PLUM Committee will consider critical decisions on the future of housing in our city. The committee will review and vote on the Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) Ordinance, the Housing Element Sites and Minimum Density Ordinance, and the Resident Protections Ordinance. These decisions will directly impact housing construction and accessibility across Los Angeles.

Join us at the LA City Hall Council Chamber to advocate for the legalization of apartments in the city’s most exclusionary neighborhoods. (Note: hearing will only be available in person)
