Created with love and intention for our community, we invite you to join our first all-levels yoga flow at Luma Bar, guided by La Alquimia Yoga by Nia.

This is an opportunity to begin your day with movement, presence, and connection. The experience includes a gentle and accessible yoga practice, one complimentary non-alcoholic drink, and time to gather with others through meaningful conversation and reflection.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, all are welcome.
