Sol & Soil – Spring Grounding Workshop

As the season shifts and the soil begins to warm, you’re invited to root down, soften, and rise in alignment with nature’s quiet unfolding. Join Sarah Anderson, YTT 200, for a Vinyasa-inspired flow designed to awaken the body, steady the mind, and nourish the spirit.

The Experience
We’ll begin with a grounding welcome tea as an offering to slow the breath and gently arrive. From there, we’ll move with intention, guided by the energy of the sun (Sol), the moon (Luna), and the wisdom of the soil beneath us.

In the heart of Taurus season, this practice invites you to embody stability, sensuality, and presence while anchoring into the earth as a source of strength, support, and renewal.

In honor of Earth Month, we’ll gather outdoors before or after class, allowing the April air to refresh our lungs and the sounds of nature to hold us. As the sun sets, we’ll close beneath the open sky with reflection, affirmations, and optional sharing in community.

Attire: Comfortable layers to move, breathe, and stay warm as the evening cools
