Welcome to the third and final KWVC event of the 2025 season!
Registration is NOW OPEN
Deadline for Registration is Wednesday, August 13th at 8pm.
You can still register after the deadline, however, there is a $10 late fee PER TEAM. Please email [email protected] prior to late registration.

**EVENT DETAILS**
Check-In: Saturday, August 16th from 7:45-8am, followed by help with court set-up. Please be ON TIME.
Venue: Kitsilano Beach at Cornwall Avenue and Arbutus Street
Player's Meeting: 8:30am at the Organizer Tent
Schedule + Format: Pool Play + Playoffs
COST: $80 Registration Fee Per Team
($25 registration, $15 membership fee per player, paid once per year)

**NOTE: All participants are required to have Adult Outdoor Player Membership (through Sportlomo/Volleyball BC) insurance prior to playing ($13)**

**REGISTRATION**
Please follow these 3 steps:
1. Fill out yours and your partner's information using the link here:

2. Only ONE person per team e-transfers registration and membership fee ($80/team) to [email protected] from a bank account (**NOTE: transfers from Tangerine can NOT be accepted**)
3. In the message of your e-transfer, please write both team members' first + last names (No security question or password is needed as auto-deposit has been set up).
Your confirmation is an email back from your bank confirming the payment has been received.
**You will NOT receive an email from KWVC unless you have paid but did not get into the event.**
Any errors in payment made by registrants that require a refund will be done so minus a $1.50 bank transaction fee.
NOTE: The $15 per person membership fee is a one-time fee for this season.

**REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN and is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
Your entry is only confirmed once payment is received.
Registration will close Wednesday, August 13th at 8pm.**

Cancellation Policy:
Membership fee is non-refundable.
If a team needs to cancel and wishes to get a refund, they are able to do so up until noon Wednesday week of the event ONLY if they find a replacement team. If they are unable to find a replacement team on their own or through the KWVC waitlist, they forfeit their registration fee (membership fee is non-refundable, but is applied for future events in that calendar year).
The replacement team must pay membership fee if not registered for that calendar year.
**All refunds will be provided minus $1.50 transaction fee.**
After Wednesday week of the event, there will be no refunds of any fees (Note that we are a non-profit organization and any fees collected will go towards operations of the KWVC).
Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days.

Partnership Change Policy:
If a partner change is needed, it can be done at no extra fee by noon Wednesday week of the event by notifying the KWVC organization at [email protected].
If a partner change is needed after Wednesday week of the event, the new partner is required to also pay the registration fee (as well as membership fee, if not a member). The partner who dropped out forfeits their registration.
**NOTE: No partnership changes are allowed after Friday at NOON, day before the event. If a player gets injured, the team must forfeit.
In the event where both partners from a team need to find replacement players, it will be considered a cancellation and the new partners must register as a new team. In the event that there is a wait-list to register, the new team will be placed after the already wait-listed teams.
