Day 2 brings the actual ALC Members into the mix. This day focuses on transforming these top agents into active, capable leaders of the brokerage.

• Committee Leadership: Preparing ALC members to successfully lead and manage specific subcommittees.
• Effective Meetings: Examining best practices, structures, and agendas for highly productive, strategic ALC meetings.
• Action-Driven Facilitation: Developing the communication and facilitation skills necessary to guide a room of peers and represent the "voice of the agents".
• $1800 per MC which includes 3 people day 1 and 9 people day 2. Any additions are $249 per day per person.
