Join us for a Kwanzaa celebration at the MLK Jr. Recreation Center on Saturday, December 27, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hosted by the MLK Jr. Advisory Board, the event will include a program and lighting of the seven candles, as well as brief presentations representing the seven principles of unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith.
