This Tuesday, we're bringing you a bowl of comfort straight from the heart of Greece. 🇬🇷 Fasolada, a traditional Greek bean soup, is as cozy as it is delicious! 🥣This dish is packed with flavour and warmth. 🔥 It is made with hearty white beans, the "holy trinity" of aromatic veggies like onion, carrot, and celery 🥕 and finished with a creamy tahini-lemon dressing. 🍋 The perfect way to enter the Christmas season. 🎄
And to finish things off, we'll have some soft bread on the side, 🥖 perfect for dunking in that rich, flavourful broth. Book your tickets now and join us for a night of good food, good vibes and community! ✨
And naturally, we have a festive sweet treat. 🇩🇰 This is a classic Danish Christmas dessert. It is made completely dairy-free. 🌱 Soy cream and rich vanilla are used. It has a lovely and smooth texture, is full of chopped almonds, and is covered in a sweet, bright red cherry sauce. 🍒
Important practical information:
- Dinner is always fully vegan
- We serve food at 18:30.
- Tickets can be bought at Tikkio.com. The deadline is usually 4 pm the day before the event. This will ensure we have enough food, and that no food goes to waste.
- A dinner ticket costs 60 DKK and dessert 20DKK, It is not possible to reserve tickets.
- Refunds are not possible through Tikkio. If you have a spare ticket, please try and sell it to someone else. 🙂
- Please help us by collecting all your dishes, cutlery and glasses, and giving them a wipe at the washing station. We are only volunteers and would like to minimise the time spent cleaning.
