As a former student-athlete, Spears holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in Education from Troy University. He brings more than two decades of experience in education as a teacher, coach, and administrator, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by today’s students, educators, and leaders.

As the founder of The Willie Spears Experience, LLC, Spears and his team have partnered with schools, organizations, and corporations across the country, delivering more than 250 presentations annually in over 25 states. His clients include Fortune 500 companies such as State Farm, McDonald’s, and ChickFilA, as well as Power Five Division I programs including Clemson University, the University of Florida, and the University of Oklahoma.

Spears is also the author of 21 books and is known for delivering practical, real world insight that challenges individuals to take action and move forward with purpose. At the core of his work is a simple mission: to create impact by adding value to the lives of others.
