Kungfu Summer Camp: Week of the Internal Arts

This year we will be hosting 3 sessions of the following topics:
Week 1: June 24-28 (Lion Dance Week)
Week 2: July 29- Aug 2 (Week of the Dragon)
Week3: Aug 19-23 (Week of Internal Arts)
Week 3 will be a beautiful sampler of different practices within the world of the internal arts. During this week, campers will learn a basic yoga flow, a basic qigong form, a basic tai chi form, pushing hands drills (exploring any applicable techniques), and some basic pranayama (breathing) techniques, as well as developing a general understanding of meditation and its benefits.
This is an in-person camp.
Camps are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 until 12:00 (Drop-off from 8:30-9:00am, pick-up is between 12:00-12:15pm. ).
Eligibility: Ages 6 and up!
