The Huntsville Chinese School Martial Arts Program will be hosting our second open training session of the summer at Leathertree Park in Madison. We will meet at the bridge at the rear of the park and spend an hour learning the fundamentals of internal Kung Fu. Adult students of all experience levels are welcome to join and see what we are about.The class will focus on relaxed, whole body movement to foster internal connections and health.
Our school provides instruction in Tai Chi, Hsing-I, and Bau Gua.
