KUNDALINI ~ SHAKTI ~ Awaken the Sacred Feminine

That feels her glory and her pain.

There is a part of you that is boundlessly creative, inspired by life and in communion with it.

This part of you doesn’t want to be tamed, it wants to be celebrated.

It wants to be set free.

In this Kundalini Yoga workshop, we will work to uncover and liberate this sacred feminine energy.

We will move our bodies, we will dance, sing, and meditate -- all to the transporting live music of Shannon Lee Hayden of the SIMRIT project.

We will endeavor to experience our own sacred feminine in all her glory — our passion and our compassion, our love, our sensuality, our creativity and inspiration.

This is Kundalini energy herself. When we heal this feminine energy, we heal our bodies, minds, and hearts. And when we heal ourselves, we can heal our planet.
