Join Samantha for this two hour workshop as she shares Kundalini yoga as a tool to tune into the ability we all have to calm and soothe our own bodies.She will guide you to move and connect with your breath, inviting you to pause and listen to your body, noticing what feels good, and observing what comes up for you.
This workshop is suitable for all, you’ll be encouraged to explore your range of movement. Start from where you are and work from there.
Thia workshop will combine breathwork, mantra, movement and sound.
