Kundalini Yoga with Patricia

Kundalini Yoga is a cosmic journey into one’s own infinity.

The term “Kundalini” refers to a coiled snake energy that sits at the base of the spine. When Kundalini is activated, the energetic snake will uncoil and cascade up the spine, helping to balance the seven major energy centers, or chakras, of the body. This is called Kundalini rising, or Kundalini awakening.

Students will be guided into specific breathing techniques, movement, and sound currents to dissolve the pressures of life so that they can experience deeper stillness and sustainability.

Patricia graduated from KRI Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico and has been teaching for over 30 years.
