Every Sunday morning at 10am, starting May 4th, we will make our way to the summit with Kundalini Yoga classes at the Foundation of Light. Here the technology of Kundalini Yoga will be taught by your guide and yogi, Gazel Giani.No prior experience needed. As yogic scientists we will turn all 4 wheels in our practice:

Meditation
Kundalini yoga is the science of becoming aware of how the energy flows within you, how to activate the dormant energy and direct it in a way that elevates and promotes a healthier more enjoyable life. Kundalini itself is best known through experience. There are many ways in which the activation and cultivation of this often dormant energy can be tapped into, however, Kundalini yoga is one of the fastest and safest ways to achieve this.
This technology can be highly rewarding and effective in just a few sessions. The effects are felt not only in strengthening the physical body, but on a neurological level as well as the level of the endocrine system. People often experience what we call “the beaded sweat” during a Kundalini set. This is indicative of the endocrine system coming online and working to produce the much needed secretion from the glands. The secretion impacts every aspect of your health and mood. It is often reported that people feel revitalized and a better sense of being alive and whole.
My personal experience has shown me the power of Kundalini yoga to support all aspects of my life from the home to the work field. Aiding me in cognition as well as being able to navigate this world, and the information era we are in. It gives me the sovereignty and grace in my experience as a spiritual being doing the earth walk. I feel less swing and swayed by the forces and life’s changes. Kundalini yoga has also given me a better foundation in knowing how to recognize the energy within me and around me, so that I can have a clearer more grounded view of the world at large.

Note: This is a shoes-off space, so please leave your street shoes in the entryway or hallway. You are welcome to bring clean, indoor shoes, slippers, warm socks, etc.
About Gazel:
For over a decade Gazel has established roots in the world of healthy living and has held a position as a Certified Kundalini teacher for over 5 years. His path to wellness started with the obtainment of his massage therapy license in 2013. Yet, it was when he received his certification from Ra Ma Institute that he began his journey as a teacher of the Aquarian age. Thus, the call to step into his destiny as a Kundalini yoga teacher as well as a yogic practitioner was answered. This was first inoculated by a health packet that involved classes and workshops on Energy wellness techniques, Kundalini exercises, and methods from Brain Gym. He has always taught with an aim to raise the frequency of the planet by raising the vibration in each student. Mastery in the art of wellness became a way of life, and sharing the teachings became an expression.
