Kundalini Yoga Soundbath at the Park

We hope you will join Soulfully Healed Collective in a powerful Kriya. In Kundalini Yoga a kriya is a series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome. Each kriya has a different effect, but all work on all levels of your being.

We will have a healing crystal bowl sound bath followed by a meditation.

Classes are donation based — You pay what you can. Suggested donation is $7-$10. However no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Donations can be made via Eventbrite, Venmo— MamaaSunshine, or cash day of!
