Join me under the open sky for a soul-nourishing Kundalini Yoga session surrounded by the healing energy of nature. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to help you connect deeply within yourself, awaken your inner power, and restore balance through breath, movement, and mantra.
What to expect:
💫moving your body with gentle, mindful stretches
💫simple breathwork to center and energize
💫chanting a bit ( don't worry if you have never done it)
💫relaxing and soaking up peaceful vibes
No experience? No problem- just show up and breathe.
Let the Earth ground you, the sun warm you. and the wind carry what you No longer need.
Surrounded by trees and the sky, we'll move., breathe, and simply be-together. Nature is the studio, and you're already enough just as you are.
