Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. The power of Kundalini Yoga lies in the actual experience. It goes right to your heart and extends your consciousness so you may have a wider horizon of grace and knowing the truth. Taught by Jenny Bergold, this class includes meditation, chanting, mantras, breath work, and gentle movements geared towards mental health and physical well-being. All levels welcome.
