In this kundalini yoga and meditation workshop we will explore the relationship between love and our shadow. We will look at how to reframe some of what we may perceive to be negative traits, and honestly look at our shadow in an effort to bring trust and acceptance to all that we are.
Mats & blocks will be provided by KOU STUDIOS x HALF MOON & tea will be provided before and after class. Dress for movement and stillness & please bring a journal and a pen.
Classes are 90 minutes.
