Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath

Join Melissa Dass Akal under the trees for a morning of Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing. Melissa’s classes are gentle and grounding and provide a safe space to heal for yogis of all levels! You will be guided through every step. Kundalini Yoga incorporates breathwork, kriya, mediation and deep relaxation to bring balance to the mind, body and soul. During savasana you will deeply relax to the healing sounds of the gong, quartz singing bowls, and rain sticks. We look forward to seeing you on the mat! This class is donation based with a sliding scale suggested donation of $10 however any and all donations are accepted.
