Kundalini Yoga and Gong Bath

Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. Students will practice breath work, exercises to help strengthen and balance the nervous and glandular systems, meditation and relaxation. Beginners and experienced students are welcome. Experience the upliftment, energy and peace of Kundalini Yoga! Class with end with a gong bath to help reset your nervous system.

About Freddy:

Freddy, also known by his spiritual name Devjeet Atma Singh, meaning "The fearless Lion of God whose angelic soul empowers him to overcome every one of life’s challenges," embarked on his transformative journey with Kundalini Yoga during one of the darkest moments of his life. It was in this place of darkness that he discovered the profound healing power of this practice.

Since completing his Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, Freddy has been on the path to Level 2, aspiring to become a true Aquarian Leader. His commitment to creating a safe and welcoming space allows each of his students to deeply experience and share in this life-changing practice.

As the owner of Yoga Village in Clearwater, Florida, Freddy's mission is to inspire and empower those who join his classes, reminding them that it is never too late to change their story and ignite their inner power. Teaching with authenticity and the highest level of vibrational energy, he aims to help you remember your strength and potential.

In addition to his expertise in Kundalini Yoga, Freddy is a certified practitioner of Gong Yoga Nidra, a certified practitioner of Gong Therapy, and a Soma Breathwork facilitator. He is also a proud member of SAG/AFTRA.

About Natalie:

Natalie Courtney is a Transformative Wellness Practitioner. She integrates breath-work, meditation, kundalini yoga and sound healing into her classes and private sessions. Natalie aims to support clients in achieving holistic wellness, transforming their lives on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.

Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
