Every month, we’re gathering in person for a deep dive into Kundalini practice! Kundalini practices can entail any combination of static holds, dynamic movement, breathwork, sound vibrations, or even visualization, or other little surprises 🥰
Each month’s workshop will focus on a different alchemical element, & October’s event is focused on Fire 🔥
Fire rules the heart - which is actually known to be the nucleus of the mind (rather than the brain).
In this worship you will be taken to an edge ~ of some sort, at some point.
You may find your edge physically, mentally, emotionally, or energetically ~ and when you meet yourself at that edge, you give yourself the opportunity of expansion.
With this experience of going juuust outside the comfort zone (where all the magic tends to happen), we get to expand that comfort zone ~ so that we can hold ourself through even more sensation. We can train ourselves to get excited when we notice some discomfort bubbling up to the surface, because we know that this is an invitation to expand into more liberation!
In this 2.5 hour timeframe, you can expect about an hour & 45min of practices (stillness & movement interwoven) and about 45min of deep relaxation with the tones of the Mercury Gong.
