This 30 hours CET aims to work with the Great Vibrant Energy called Kundalini. Secret practices which are deeply rooted in the Ancient traditions of the Himalayan Masters would be the highlight of this course. Time tested practices from the authentic Tantra/Kundalini lineages are included (with sufficient modifications if necessary).
Participants will learn unique techniques to awaken, balance and energize the Chakras (inner wheels). Functional Kriyas & Pranayamas will be taught (Purification & Yogic breathing practices) to deal with the energy channels.
