Rebirthing Kundalini Yoga workshops all have a profound transformational power and can give you powerful tools to heal pain and overcome the obstacles which keep you from living your best. We store, contain, and maintain a lot of baggage in our subconscious, and it weighs us down, dampens our light and can minimize vitality. We have been born in this body, at this time on the planet and given the opportunity to not just be alive but ‘feel' alive and enjoy this gift of life! A daily meditation practice releases the subconscious load bit by bit but to accelerate the process, Rebirthing classes are a way to move subconscious burden toward feeling lighter, renewed and connected to your Higher Self.

When the mind gets overloaded, the subconscious gets overloaded. We declutter our home and we also need declutter our mind. If we don't make an effort to clean up the mess that happens 'inside' we feel overloaded and overwhelmed in all aspects of our physical and psychic existence. The mind has powerful authority over how we feel and respond to life so if the mind is not well, neither are we.
What to expect:
- Brief introduction and warm up
- Kundalini Rebirthing designed to clear the clutter of the mind. We do this somatically through a series of seated postures/movement, breathwork and meditation
- Sacred gong sound vibration and relaxation
- Integration
This practice supports a realignment with our truest sense of self. When we are in alignment we feel calm, peaceful and filled with possibility and trust.

• Releasing fear of the future, anxiety, stress and painful memories
• Unloading unfulfilled dreams to create inner space to live 'now'
• Clearing the clutter of the mind to release subconscious burden
• Shifting perspective to experience presence, peace, kindness & compassion

We carry tons of garbage in our minds but often we don't realize just how much we are carrying until we fall apart, get sick or freak out! This is a way to take care of yourself and make lasting change using the wisdom of the body and heart. Overall, lighten the load to find greater balance, acceptance and joy!
This class is perfect for the intermediate student or enthusiastic beginner.
