I just love collaborating with this woman, Clarrisha Dew @yogatruth, she just brings with her an amazing, light filled, fun energy. So once again we are greatly welcoming Clarrisha to thrive for what will be a beautiful, energising kundalini session, with breathwork, movement, mantra and kryia to ready us for Christmas and beyond. We’ll then break for mulled wine (non alcoholic ) and minds pies (vegan /gf will be available) and then settle ourselves into a deeply relaxing Soundbath with singing bowls, gong and therapeutic percussion.
