Kundalini & The Tree of Life • Path 31 • Malkuth to Hod

Hod is the level of the tree where we confront & embrace truth. The insights gained here affect our relationship to self and others, as well as our health. The akashic records are stored in this sphere. The planetary influence is Mercury. The element is fire.
We will begin this workshop with setting intentions based on the themes of the sphere. I will share a few key things to know about Hod. Then we will prepare our bodies & mind for astral travel, at which point I will give each participant an energy clearing and a bit of Reiki. Next we journey to the temple of Hod during a guided meditation. We will end class with reflections and journaling.
