Uncovering and Embracing Your Dharmic Path:Come explore the timeless practice of Kundalini Yoga. In this workshop we will explore Pranayama (Breath Techniques), Mantra, Mudra, Posture (Asana), Movement, Meditation, Kriya’s, and Sound as vehicles to merge with the Divine and unlock our true potential.
After the Kundalini Yoga set there will be a sound bath offered to rest and embrace the energy that was awoken from the practices.
