Discover the subtle energy system within us and how balance in the chakras supports our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. We will be awakening Kundalini and establishing thoughtless awareness. We will be studying one chakra per week and learning how to clear and balance each chakra and learning how to manifest their innate qualities within us.
The evening will include guided meditation and practical experience.
Come as you are, relax, and enjoy a peaceful, uplifting evening.
Every Thursday 7.30-9.00pm
Free & open to all.
