A 75-minute journey into Kundalini practices, conscious breathwork, pranayama, and subtle energy work — designed to awaken your inner alchemist, dissolve tension, and activate deeper flow in body and mind.

We begin with breath and somatic opening to warm the system, followed by guided Kundalini-inspired movements, intuitive sequencing, and energetic awakening practices that help you:

• expand your life force
• soften stuck energy
• heighten intuition and inner listening
• reconnect with your creative fire
• ground into your own clarity and presence

We close with a long, spacious shavasana (10 minutes) with optional energetic attunement — a gentle, intuitive Reiki-like touch to support integration, grounding, and inner recalibration.

After the session, you’re welcome to unwind in the steam room for warm, meditative integration.
