Join us for an in-person group Kundalini Activation this Gemini season—a space to steady

the nervous system, clear the mind, and open to new perspectives.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Limited to 10 people.

In this session, a11aire facilitates an inner journey through music and subtle energy work,

supporting release and deeper reconnection.

What to Expect

The session begins with a guided meditation to help you arrive fully in your body and the space.

From there, music and energy work guide your individual process.

There is nothing you need to do—simply relax and receive.

The experience closes with a gong-based nervous system reset to support integration and

grounding.

You will be lying down for approximately 80 minutes.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a waiver.

To Prepare for Your Session

The Owl’s Nest will provide a yoga mat, blanket, and eye cover.

● Light or empty stomach recommended for optimal energy flow

● Minimal caffeine suggested

● Wear comfortable clothing

● Come with an open heart and mind
