What is Kundalini Activation?

KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates your body's own life force. No experience, breathwork, or meditation practice required. You simply lie down and receive.

During the 60-minute session, your nervous system begins to unwind. Stuck emotions, old traumas, and suppressed energy find a way out: through movement, breath, tears, laughter, or stillness. Every experience is unique and exactly right for you.

The Session

You will lie down on a yoga mat while loud music is played. The facilitator works within your energy field to transmit the energy.

A typical session includes:

• Welcome and brief introduction
• 60-minute transmission
• Closing share

Preparation
No prior experience is needed.
Wear comfortable clothing, eat lightly before the session, and avoid alcohol, drugs, and other stimulants for 24 hours beforehand.
Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly.
