What Is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini Activation (KA) is a safe, natural process of awakening the dormant life-force energy at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini (also called Shakti, Chi, Qi, or the inner light). This intelligent energy gently releases what is unaligned within the mind, body, emotions, and energetic field, awakening your inner power, presence, and authentic self.
During the Session
You will lie comfortably on a yoga mat with your eyes closed as music plays. The facilitator, working through their own awakened Kundalini energy, holds a resonant energetic field that supports the natural rising of your energy.
