Join us for a transformative gathering of soul-minded people to kick start the year of the Horse with a powerful, yet gentle Kundalini Activation.

What's Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini Energy is your birth right!! It is the powerfull energy alredy within you waiting to be awaken and tranform your life in the Essence of It.

Shakti lies dormant at the base of your spine and it can be activated with willfull and consistent practises or different other modalities or during an activation.

Expect to lay down on the mat and just surrender to what is there to come..:)

What can you expet from a session?

We will provide a welcoming space and a Fantastic playlist to help you relax and surrender to the Energy.

Spontaneous movements, big releases, deep relaxation, yoga poses, visions, sounds expression, mudras , the list of how the energy manifest through you is endless and all welcome.

We will work from distance and by touching specific points.

It is such a special tool for expansion and to finally find clarity and authenticity to break free from patterns, obstacles, trauma and much more which hold you back from being the best version of yourself.

We will hold you during your journey and have a sharing circle at the end.

We will close the ceremony with a special surprise tea blend and a light snack to pamper you off!

How to prepare for the event:

Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for 24 h before the event

Don't eat for 3 hours prior to the event.

Wear comfy clothes, layers are best.

Bring a bottle of water.
