I am very excited to hold space and offer you a sacred ceremony in Moreton Village Hall, Dorset on Sunday 15th December 2024 at 3.30pm .Harness all the power under the last full moon of the year known as the Cold Moon, a time for deep reflection, renewal, shadow work and finding inner peace. A perfect self care opportunity before Yule celebrations begin.
I invite those of you who feel called to have their Kundalini energy activated for healing and spiritual awakening. Embrace the loving energy and connect to your soul, your purpose, your essence.
No experience is required. Im a fully qualified Kundalini Activation Facilitator who will guide and support you during your session.

Details of the ceremony
〰️Wear comfortable clothes to be able to move freely.
〰️Avoid eating heavy foods at least 3 hours before the session. I recommend fruits and vegetables only prior and drinking plenty of fluids during the same day (avoid sugar, coffee and other stimulants if you can). the lighter you go, the better.
〰️Avoid consuming any type of drugs or alcohol 24-48 hours before the Session
〰️ This practice is NOT suitable for people with heart problems, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis, or who are more than 6 months pregnant (if you are experiencing any of these situations, I do not recommend doing the session now, you can enjoy it when it is your time )
〰️ Bring a personal water bottle
〰️Bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light or if it helps you keep your eyes closed.
〰️ Bring own mat and/or blanket
Surrender to the magic. The ceremony lasts approximately 2 hours.
If for some reason you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations up to 1 week before, unfortunately no refund for any cancellations after this.
Energy exchange for the activation is £50.
Admittance
Please arrive for 3.30pm
Late arrivals will not be able to participate to ensure others are not disturbed.
