• 4:10 PM – Intention Setting Align your mind and heart for the experience ahead.
• 4:15 PM – Gentle Stretches Prepare the body to receive the energy.
• 4:20 PM – Kundalini Activation Overview Understand what to expect and how to care for yourself after the session.
• 4:30 PM – 1-Hour Kundalini Activation Session Guided by Master Trainer Marta, allowing the energy to flow naturally and fully. Gentle Reiki protection to start provided by Marta's Reiki Masters.
• 5:30 PM – Closing & Share Circle Integrate your experience in a supportive group setting.
• 5:45 PM – Healing Discussion & Aftercare instructions
• 6.00PM - Tea & Socializing Relax, connect, and enjoy light conversation in a safe, heart-centered environment.
