First, as a group, we'll do an icebreaker with some gentle somatic movements, vocal expressions, and physical activations in preparation of the energywork.

Then we comfortably lay on our mats, as we embark on a soothing Sound Healing Journey that paves the way to amplify our intentions and dispel any energy barriers that may hinder a profound Kundalini activation. In essence, we cleanse our vessel before activating ourselves.

The subsequent Kundalini Activation is accompanied by a phenomenal playlist, specifically crafted to guide us on a deep inner journey. This amazing music pairing creates the perfect setting for our mind & body to resonate. While you're surrendering to the music, I will perform activating body- and energywork by using energetic pressurepoints on and around the body. With specific techniques we aim to create a continuous flow of energy. This results in a unique mental, physical & spiritual effect every single time.
