Kundalini Activation: awaken the life force within

We all have it; life force energy.
Sometimes we simply forget.

We get caught up in the rush of daily life and lose connection with what truly lives inside of us. Through kundalini activation, we gently reconnect to that inner current.

Kundalini is a modality that harmonises the divine feminine and masculine energies within and helps release blockages that may be standing in the way of fully living your life.

Each experience is unique. It can range from emotional release, to seeing colours or visions, to deep meditation or simply profound relaxation. The energy is intelligent. It gives you what you need. Your only task is to surrender.

We work in a small, safe container. If you are new to this practice, we will guide you gently every step of the way.

People often leave feeling lighter, more connected to themselves, and more open. When your inner energy shifts, life on the outside often begins to shift too - things start to align and fall into place.
