All are welcome to this two-hour healing practice incorporating
a variety of time-tested ways to enliven our minds and bodies
while seeking balance and restoration.
Mindfully prepared sessions are led with the intention of
purifying our body temples with perfect holy light.
Each customized workshop employs techniques that invoke
inner freedom through specific breath patterns and rhythmic
body movements, fortifying our bodies and offering relief from
the inside out.
The soothing, powerful sounds of the earth gong help to soothe
and tone our nervous system, filling up our own reservoirs with
abundant healthy energy we can take back with us into the
world.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, come hydrated and with a
light belly. Love Yoga Center has plenty of props and blankets,
yet feel free to bring whatever you need for your comfort.
