Kum Nye is a gentle healing system designed to relieve stress, transform negative patterns, and enhance overall well-being. This holistic practice integrates physical and psychological approaches, working with all aspects of human experience – the body; awareness of feelings and sensations; breath; mental perceptions and formations - to leave us with an experience of deep relaxation and reintegration.
Expect periods of movement interspersed with periods of stillness. Sitting may be in the traditional meditation posture using a cushion on the floor or on a chair - both are fine.
No experience is required and beginners can easily benefit from this deeply transformative practice. Highly recommended for stress relief and nervous system regulation. Those with physical restrictions will find that the practices can be adapted to avoid standing, lying etc so this truly is an accessible practice.
