Mimmumasin on inimeste ihade, mugavuse ja sõltuvuse kehastus. Seda ülistatakse, uuendatakse, kuritarvitatakse ning see visatakse minema. Innovatsioon vaimustab, sõltuvus vangistab, piir meie ja Mimmumasina vahel hägustub.
Tulede vilkumise ja mootori undamise saatel küsib ta: „Kas see on minu süü, et te mind nii väga armastate?”
29. augustil algusega kell 20.00 toimub Tallinna Kultuuriöö raames EKKMis drag show koostöös EKA Tudengite Kväärühendusega. Muuseumis toimub küll näitusevahetus, kuid avatud on baar ja pidu EKKMi aias toimub terve õhtu jooksul.
Õhtu kava:

💋 kell 22.00-23.00 toimub drag show “Mimmumasin”, laval: elsa is missing, Hr. Mimmu, Jimmy Powertools, Po4(sh)taljon ja Vilma Vaginosis
💋 23.00 kuni 24.00 jätkavad DJ-d DJ HOSTILE, DJ Anca

If a machine turns on in a forest, and no one is around, does it really happen?
If a person surrenders their natural intelligence, are they still alive?
Mimmumasin is the embodiment of human desire, convenience, and dependency. It is worshipped, upgraded, exploited, and eventually discarded. Innovation excites, dependency imprisons, and the line between us and Mimmumasin blurs.
With lights flickering and engine humming, it asks:
“Is it my fault that you love me so much?”
On August 29th at 20:00, as part of Tallinn’s Kultuuriöö, EKKM will host a drag show in collaboration with the EKA Students’ Queer Union. The museum will be closed while it prepares its next exhibition, but the bar will be open and the party will take place in the EKKM garden throughout the evening.
