Are you interested in learning how KT Tape (kinesio tape) works and what it can do for your training and recovery? This workshop will cover all the basics of how to use the tape, when to use it and how to apply it for relief of common injuries. This hands-on training workshop will be taught by Occupational Therapist, Heather Hutson. Pre-registration is required and includes a roll of kinesio tape. Practical application and knowledge only, no CEU's offered at this time.
