Join Glass2Grass for an exquisite Nikkei omakase experience crafted by critically acclaimed chef Nando Chang at Itamae AO, blending Peruvian-Japanese flavors with artistry. This unique dining event includes the exclusive release of glass art pieces by acclaimed Japanese artists Ksukebey and Kengtaro, offering an unforgettable fusion of culinary and visual artistry during Miami Art Week.

Event Timeline:

Platinum VIP coursed dinner start time: 5pm

Vip coursed dinner start time: 7pm

Ga coursed dinner start time: 9pm

Non-ticketed guests will be allowed general viewing in small groups starting at 9 PM.

Platinum VIPs will have first priority in purchasing, and will have an exclusive condiment dish created by Kengtaro included in their tickets. Regular VIPs will receive early access to purchases after Platinum VIPs and will also receive a newly released pendant design by Kengtaro. All ticketed attendees will receive Glass2Grass merchandise alongside their coursed meal.

Guests with a shellfish/seafood allergy should be aware that substitutions are not possible at Itamae AO.
