Learn to make krumkake, the crispy batter cookie that is popular in Norway. You will make traditional krumkake and ones with new flavors that say, "Christmas!" Pease bring a tin or container so you can bring krumkake home with you from class.
Wheat and dairy are used in making krumkake.
This class is taught by Heidi Eger, Norway House's popular lefse instructor.
