Kirya Journey + Sound Savasana is a transformative yoga practice blending movement, breath, mantra, and subtle energy tools to dissolve old patterns and awaken your inner light. Kriya, meaning “evolutionary action” is a somatic practice that works to strengthen the nervous system, clear emotional debris and create new neural pathways in the brain.
Rooted in Himalayan yoga traditions, each class is a unique journey—sometimes dynamic, sometimes still—inviting you to breathe differently, move consciously, and meet yourself anew. No two sessions are alike, and each one opens the door to deeper clarity, vitality, and presence. Class is NOT HEATED. All levels are welcome and options are given to make practice accessible. Bring an open mind. :)

About the facilitator: Elena’s yoga journey has truly been life-saving. After experiencing a near-fatal car accident in 2013 – leaving her left leg crippled – she dedicated herself to personal growth and expansion through yoga. The physical benefits were tremendous. She was later guided to kundalini to aid with mental health recovery to help her transcend symptoms of C-PTSD. In this practice, she discovered the deeply spiritual aspects of yoga-- teaching her to cultivate healing and illumination from within. Elena shares these yogic tools and sound vibration in hopes to uplift and empower others to amplify their inner light and well-being.
She has been a Sound Meditation Facilitator for over 6 years and has nearly 1000 hours in Yoga Training: Kundalini, Therepeutic Uses of Yoga, Satya and most recently Sattva Himalayan Yoga + Kundalini where she studied in Rishikesh, India.
