THE ANCIENT PATH OF SANKIRTAN
Kirtan is a sacred practice of devotional chanting that originated in India and is rooted in Sanātana Dharma, the eternal path of spiritual awakening.
Through the chanting of ancient mantras and the Holy Names of the Divine, voices rise together in remembrance, devotion, and love. This joyful practice of Sankirtan — chanting together in community — was carried across India by Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, who brought spiritual life out of the temples and into the streets, inviting people of every background, caste, and walk of life to gather and sing the Divine Name together.
In this spirit of Bhakti Yoga, hearts open, differences fall away, and we remember our deeper unity — one human family, joined in devotion and love.
Through the power of call-and-response chanting, rhythm, and deep listening, we dissolve the boundaries of self and awaken into the One Heart.
