I have been journeying to Kripalu as a student, as a teacher and I am THRILLED to be spending a long weekend there offering pranayama practices to shed and support...restorative meditations and nidra to release and relax ... funky and fun creative flow classes to raise our vibrations ? Woven throughout these classes are all AMAZING meals and ALL Kripalu r + r classes and workshops from morning to night. ?
