Gather with friends and do some real estate! KREIA Happy Hours are planned for the second Thursday of most months. Everyone is invited to attend this absolutely free event, whether or not you're already a KREIA member. Join us!
Showing up at Happy Hour is a laid-back, low-key way to meet experienced, longtime investors -- landlords, house flippers, wholesalers and lenders -- and pick their brains. You can ask every real estate question you've ever thought of. You'll make some new friends, and you might find a mentor, find a lender, do a deal, or learn something cool.
Because Happy Hour overlaps with KREIA's monthly board meetings, you'll have opportunities to talk with some very experienced investors indeed.
While there is no cost to attend this networking/social event, you do have to buy your own (optional) drinks.
