Dancing increases the dopamine levels, creating serotonin throughout your body. DANCE, is THERAPEUTIC! Dance, is REFRESHING! DANCE, is LIFE! DANCE, is also SPORTY. So, come with high innerG and let your feminine innerG take over the dance floor! DANCE LIKE IT’S ONLY YOU IN THE ROOM! The purpose of my class is to give my ladies a space to come be free, learn workouts and choreo all while bonding, socializing and dancing seductively with high heels 👠 I love a good ladies night/time. I will start with a class Intro, tell you all about myself, and the class. Next, I’ll throw in a little ice breaker, to get everyone acquainted.
